How to Become a Member

There are two ways of joining Mbarara Hawkers’ Sacco Ltd,

1. OPENING SAVINGS ACCOUNT IN THE SACCO.

By paying shs. 8000= as membership fee, 7000=, minimum balance, 3000= as passbook fee and stationary respectively, two passport photos, and national ID,

2. BEING AN ORDINARY SHARE HOLDER.

He/She must be 18 years and above, with a national identity card, two passport photos and must fill a form after the following charges

By being an ordinary shareholder one is guaranteed a chance to attend AGMS (Annual General Meeting), Heshe shares on annual dividends, at the same time, The Sacco stands with its ordinary share holder in every situation regardless of it being bad or good.
