Mbarara Hawkers Sacco limited (MHSL) started as a group called Mbarara Tax park hawkers group on 13th August 2013.

It’s a brainchild of Mr. Muhereza Amon as vision bearer who shared his vision with Mr. Tugume Dickson and then introduced it to other members who welcomed the idea and put into action.
